Do you have set freight costs?
No, all orders are assessed based on weight and volume. Our plants come in many sizes so we will assess how to pack them before confirming a shipping cost. We also need to know your full address.
How do I place a quote or an order?
Look through our selection of plants in the ‘Shop’ and add the items you want to your cart, shown as a 'Bag'.
Complete the checkout process. This will show your cart total without shipping costs. There is the option to make payment by Credit or debit card payment for store pick up orders. For orders to be sent by courier, or to get a quote that includes shipping, in the 'Payment' section of checking out, select the option 'Send Invoice - Select this for quotes & orders to be couriered'. No payment will be required at this stage.
We will review your order and calculate the freight cost. We will email you an invoice with shipping costs included. If you wish to proceed with the order, you can pay the invoice by online bank deposit.

Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. We can send one plant, but of course the freight costs are proportionally higher. Most of our boxes can fit 4-5 small to medium plants so you will find freight costs are more efficient for orders of this size. We can normally send up to 8-10 plants per courier parcel. Couriers will only take orders up to 1.8 m/25 kgs (based on volume) per parcel. Fruit trees can be sent up to a height of 1.8 m by courier and will include only one to two plants per parcel. For 3 or more bagged fruit trees, these will need to be sent by Mainfreight.
