Orders can be picked up or sent nationwide in New Zealand. Orders can be paid for by credit card for pick up, or for orders being shipped, you can complete the order and the invoice for payment will be sent after the freight cost has been calculated. After receiving the invoice with the freight cost, you can decide if you wish to go ahead with the order, or cancel it. Once payment has been received, we will send your order. We send plant orders Monday to Wednesday.

Okitsu is a Satsuma type of mandarin. Produces seedless, juicy fruit. Fruit has easy peel 'baggy' skin and easy to separate segments. Fruit gets full colour once fully ripe. Tree is cold hardy and a compact grower. Plant in well drained soil, protected from wind. Self fertile. Early ripening May/June. Very heavy cropper.
Medium sized tree, thinning is recommended. Grows to 1.5m x 1m approx.
Note: All citrus varieties are self fertile so can be planted alone and fruit will be produced. Take care when planting seedless varieties with other citrus trees, as despite the variety being seedless, they can form seeds if cross pollinated with another variety flowering at the same time.
